Working together
Strategic Advisory
Five formats. One goal: a better decision before risk turns into cost.
Strategic Reputation & Social Risk Audit
A paid diagnostic process for an organisation or a project: analysis of documents, stakeholders, narratives, flashpoints and scenarios. Deliverables may include a Strategic Risk Map, a Stakeholder Map, an Executive Brief, escalation scenarios and a 30/60/90-day plan.
Strategic Advisory for Management
A standing advisory mandate for the board, the owner or the project leader: independent assessment of the situation, decision support, Executive Briefs, scenarios, Q&A, negotiation support and review of key messages.
Social Conflict Prevention
Work done before a conflict arises: stakeholder mapping, social risk analysis, dialogue architecture, analysis of local narratives and preparation for consultations.
Crisis War Room
Bringing rapid order to the situation: FACTS → RISKS → STAKEHOLDERS → SCENARIOS → DECISIONS → COMMUNICATION. First we decide what to do. Only then what to say.
Executive Reputation & Decision Lab
A closed-door session for the board and senior management, built on realistic scenarios: a protest, a conflict, a media crisis, an accident, an environmental decision, a dispute with a stakeholder, a leak of information.
“We must become the change we want to see in the world.”
(Gandhi)
How engagements work
I do not sell one-size-fits-all packages of hours. The scope of an engagement depends on the scale of the project, the level of risk and the responsibility involved. I begin with a brief initial assessment of the situation and, in more complex cases, with a closed, paid diagnosis.
